Good morning everyone, I hope you started the day well. I got up this morning in Munich. I love to be in the city. And the first thing I did was do a 20 minute workout. It was the perfect way to start the day. Yet, it makes me wonder why I cannot get into this health routine when I am at home.
it is a little bit frustrating, to be honest. There are times in my life where I focus so much on work, that I cannot keep up with my health habits. I generally love to eat healthy. And to get a decent workout in. My favorite foods are all green, and I think that probably says enough.
In this short diary entry, I want to share some of my thoughts on living healthier, and how I aim to make myself more accountable for my health. At the end of the day, I cannot really perform if I’m not healthy. And if I don’t watch out, this current state could get the best of me. I am acting on it, though. Making changes to my daily rhythm and trying to break the (bad) habits.
