How to deal with ad hoc tasks

Every so many months I set myself a few personal goals that I would like to achieve. The last few weeks have shown me that I could really do with a bit of automization regarding a number of ad hoc daily requests.

In this short video, I explain exactly what I mean by this. I would like to invite you to think about the requests you get that could be optimized and standardized. I think that most of the ad hoc questions I get, can be standardized.

It is important for me to stay ahead of the wave of questions that come my way. Therefore, standardizing reportings, accounting tasks etc, really declutters my day and helps me get more done.
