✔ Travel time not billed; travel costs at actuals

The Revenue Engine Reset is a 3-hour consulting sprint designed for companies doing €1M–€15M in annual revenue who want to move faster, smarter, and with more alignment.
We look at your sales, marketing, and team structure to figure out:

When and How It Works
This sprint is built for focus — so we do it outside of regular hours:
- 🕖 Evening Sessions (Remote): Monday to Friday, 5–11pm
- 🗓️ Weekend Sessions (Remote or In-Person): Saturday or Sunday
If you’re based in Switzerland (or nearby), we can meet in person. If not, we run the session over Zoom or Google Meet.
You’ll receive a 1-page Revenue Roadmap within 48 hours. I’m also available for async follow-up for 1 week — email or Loom.
What It Costs
- 💻 Remote Sprint (Evening or Weekend): CHF 2,500
- 🧭 In-Person Sprint (Weekend only): CHF 3,200 (plus travel costs)
