Aigentur Collective
Active venture building AI readiness and content infrastructure for factual, brand-aligned visibility in an LLM-driven world. Aigentur Collective is an independent venture I am building together with a network of specialists.
Active Venture · Founder & Lead Operator · AI Readiness & Content Infrastructure · Switzerland / Global · Started 2025 · Ongoing
It is not a client mandate, but a long-term initiative focused on helping organizations become structurally ready for an LLM-driven business environment.
The venture is currently in its build-up phase, with increased go-to-market activity planned for 2026.
Context & venture intent
- Venture: Aigentur Collective (market-facing brand: AIgentur.ch)
- Industry: AI Readiness, Digital Transformation, Marketing & Sales Infrastructure
- Geography: Switzerland as primary market, with a global service approach
- Role: Founder & Lead Operator
Aigentur was created in response to a fundamental shift in how content, marketing, and digital visibility function in a world increasingly shaped by Large Language Models (LLMs).
As AI-generated content scales rapidly, the limiting factor is no longer production — but trust, structure, and factual correctness.
Aigentur exists to address that gap.
Why this venture exists
The original hypothesis behind Aigentur was a service-provider marketplace connecting companies with AI-capable specialists.
That model exposed a classic chicken-and-egg problem:
- Companies wanted proven, structured AI solutions — not exploratory conversations
- Specialists wanted clear demand before committing capacity
Early experiments revealed a strong signal:
there was significant demand for human guidance, but that model did not scale.
This led to a fundamental re-framing of the venture — away from matchmaking, toward productized infrastructure and repeatable systems.
My role in the venture
As Founder and Lead Operator, I am responsible for:
- Defining the long-term vision: an ecosystem for AI-ready operational infrastructure
- Designing the brand architecture, with:
- AIgentur.ch as the Swiss-positioned service brand
- Developing the core service proposition, including:
- AI Readiness assessments
- Content Fabric frameworks
- AI Content Optimization
- Translating AI capabilities into practical marketing and sales use cases
- Ensuring the technical foundations required for LLM-driven discovery and content usage
- Leading the development of Aigentur Studio — a CMS-based system for rule-driven, factual, brand-aligned content creation
I am intentionally not responsible for:
- Day-to-day content production
- Full-scale agency execution outside the AI readiness scope
Key decisions & initiatives
Strategic shifts
- Moved away from a pure marketplace model toward a productized collective offering
- Repositioned the venture around Content Fabric and AI Content Optimization
- Focused on infrastructure and rules, rather than prompts or content volume
Product focus
Developed Aigentur Studio, a CMS-based system that enforces:
- Brand tonality
- Factual correctness
- Approved data sources
- Structured reuse across AI and discovery channels
The core belief guiding this work:
In an LLM-driven world, content quality is defined by structure and rules — not creativity alone.
Trade-offs
- Reduced breadth in exchange for depth and clarity
- Slower early reach, but stronger long-term scalability and trust
These trade-offs were made deliberately to prioritize structural soundness over short-term visibility.
Current state (2025)
At its current stage, Aigentur has:
- Established a clear venture thesis and positioning
- Defined a focused, productized AI readiness offering
- Built the structural foundation for scalable, factual content production
- Transitioned from an exploratory platform concept to a tool- and framework-driven model
The venture is intentionally in a build and validation phase, with broader rollout and commercial acceleration planned for 2026.
Why this project lives here
Aigentur Collective is documented on this site because it reflects how I operate as a builder and fractional executive:
- identifying structural shifts early
- testing assumptions quickly
- abandoning models that do not scale
- rebuilding around fundamentals
It is a current venture — not a retrospective — and one I expect to gain significant momentum over time.
