I really don't like it when an account manager sends me an automated reply: "Dear client, thank you for your email. I'll get back to you as soon as possible." As a customer, that just makes me feel like a number.
Are FDMs (forward deployed marketers) a thing yet? Not every project needs an engineer in this age of AI. Most teams and companies already benefit greatly from working with someone who understands their business and builds small tools that make them more efficient and effective.

A naming round for a new venture in medical aesthetics produced two reusable things: a phonetic constraint anybody can apply across four languages, and a two-stage availability check that asks the registry instead of DNS.
